I’m one of those who can only enjoy R&B if it’s 30 years old, but I make an exception for Raphael Saadiq, whose album The Way I See It is a great throwback to the Motown/Stax era. “Come On Home” is the UK bonus track. Check it out if you need a break from being verbally assaulted by your music. Also, the guy can light up a stage.
