Hi-Tek’s slow and deliberate beat keeps Kweli from sounding too preachy on “In This World.” Judging by the impressive and vastly different production on “Just Begun,”“Back Again” and now “In This World,” I think Revolutions Per Minute might be the capstone of Hi-Tek’s career.
