7L & Esoteric – No Shots.

Bemoaning the current state of hip-hop is a tradition as old as hip-hop itself. “No Shots” goes a step further than the usual state-of-the-game assessment by actually naming names. 7L & Esoteric fire an arrow over the widening generational gap and tear into 3OH!3, Wiz Khalifa, Nicki Minaj, Waka Flocka, and Travis Barker. Most rappers will only go as far as vaguely criticizing “these new cats.”

The duo’s new album 1212 drops October 12.
