Another day, another rapper that has had a moderately successful single that results in an album with a cloudy future on a major. When Smitty came out, we liked Diamonds On My Neck but we liked Ghetto with Kanye, Scarface & John Legend A LOT more.
Now almost 2 years later he’s putting out some new tracks to build up hype for an album that was supposed to come out September of 2005!! It doesn’t look good, Clipse saw delays like this but they have a niche loyalist following which in the end made the project happen, as well as some dude name Pharrell. Smitty doesn’t have either. In the end we hope to see Smitty drop some day, until then we’ll just enjoy all the mixtape material& zshare loose ends from one of the few south acts WITHOUT a gimmick.

I think Smitty decided to OD on R&B singers on this track, has anyone seen 3 different R&B features on a hip-hop record before??
