A likkle bit of background info on this Wiley video. Major record labels in the UK/London are fuckin’ clueless when it comes to promoting and marketing urban music.
Wiley has a big hit on the radio and the label comes up with an idea for the video and when Wiley gets down to the set to film his big budget major label video he is less than impressed with the concept and treatment. He refuses to appear in it and the label, hamstrung by budget and deadlines goes ahead and FILMS A VIDEO ANYWAYS! Here is the short result.
