More heat by the 5’O Clock Shadowboxers, who I’ve been raving about for a minute. “No Resolution 2” is sequel to a track off their album The Slow Twilight, supplemented by some slight tweaks to the beat and stellar verses by an all-star cast of Philly underground rappers.
