My highlights of the incident is that he was ‘shopping’ in a mask and he goes on to say ““They thought I was Rodney King””…umm we probably wouldn’t know who Rodney King was if he was just maced. Oh yea the whole thing was captured in hilarious video footage.

Tired and worn I return to bring the word!!!! The word is Guttah……allow me to elaborate. I was recently (6 hours ago) in the capitol of hip-hop, NYC. Sticking to my usual plan of gulliness I hit the streets in search of some shit that I could not photograph. After copping about 5 bootlegs I came upon this dude who was regailing passing folk with an invitation into his place of buisness (an unmarked building). I approached him to inquire about some DVDs and he said he had none, at this point a young man tapped on my shoulder to get my attention. He showed me this CD in a plain white sleeve and proceeded to say “Thats me and my brother man”, so I copped it (5 bucks, why not?). I listened to his CD and for an off-the-block artist its pretty nice. So a shoutout to the Guttah Coalition. I give them the Track of the Day.

So it seems that our man Cassidy may be staying inside for a minute. I see this as a plus for him. Being locked up right before your album drops is marketing you just can not buy!!!! Maybe he can get himself a nice prison setup like good old Mr. Zekey. After all, he’s a huslter…….right?

Like you needed another reason to hate Suge Knight, it turns out that he may have had a role in the murder of Biggie. Supposedly Mario Ha’mmond (some snitch he was in prison with) was told by Knight that he had organized the murder over a cellphone network. Also implicated were Death Row security leaders Big Sikes aka Devon Sikes and Reg aka Reggie Wright Jr.. Lets just say that I wouldn’t be suprised if we are reading the obituary of Mr. Ha’mmond sometime later this week.

Today the BIG trial was postponed because of a new tip that suggests the two implicated LAPD officers (David A. Mack and Rafael Perez) confessed to killing the Notorious One. Usually this inflow of snitching would bother someone like me but the mofos who killed Biggie deserve this shit.

Lloyd banks may also encounter some legal trouble because an alleged rape victim who implicated him quite a while ago has an eyewitness who saw the alleged assault. So if Buck and Banks go to prison (followed shortly by the prison magnet……err Talk of New York Tony Yayo) then will G-Unit be completely consumed by it’s new members.

Finally after the non-stop party that is prom and graduation I can return to doing what I really love, giving money to the roc. Thats right, for those of you who haven’t copped it you should seriously consider dropping a little paper on that new Memphis Bleek album. I won’t say it surpasses the new Common (which is a purchase I would make in my sleep) but it definately is worth your cash. I personally reccomend the first track, I love when albums start out strong like that. The Swizzy track is nice too.

On the other side of the spectrum the new Common, all hype aside, is a masterpiece. This album is nothing but good music from beginning to end. I can’t quite pick a favorite on this album yet, but I do like what they did with that live version of the food. Lethal and I both certify this as a **Classic Metal Lungies Approved.**

So it seems the Mash Out Posse has signed with the guerillas. Yes it has been confirmed by many that M.O.P. has officially signed with G-Unit records. They are supposedly in the final stages of working out the contract. I really expected Mobb Deep to sign with the unit first considering Alchemist is Em’s new DJ.

So anyone with a pulse has heard this new R. Kelly mini-series type song which is titled “In the Closet”. I love this, then again whenever R. Kelly goes on one of his stories or rants in a song it is usually good. 4 of the 5 parts are the track of the day.

Huge News!!! The Ruff Ryders are looking to release their fourth compilation album, Ryde or Die Vol. 4: The Redemption. DMX is coming back from his *cough* retirement *cough* to appear on the first single off the album, Get Wild produced by Scott Storch and also featuring Jada, Kartoon, and Flashy. The Lox will have a big presence on this album which makes it an insta-cop for me. The album will also feature big name folks like Cassidy, and Nore, and smaller names like Jin (who I hope has perfected studio rapping to the point where he can deliver a performance on par with his freestlye battles.) Keep a look out for this.

Dropping yet another good video, Game has released the video for the Kanye-produced Dreams. This was a great track on the album and this video has exactly what the Hate it or Love it vid had, a lot of editing. But seriously its a good video, watch it.

Apparently Bizzy Bone from bone thugs n harmony appeared on Houston’s KPFT FM radio station. Lets just say I have never listened to a 11minute radio interview back to back, but this shit is wow. To say he went crazy is an understatement… HE WENT FUCKING POSTAL. I would usually try to give you some highlights/high points of shit but the whole thing is one big highlight. The buzz for Kanye Tidah’s 2nd album just shot the hell up, thanks to the leak of the first single “Diamonds”, which can be found here. Now that track is pretty damn sick, but Ill have to agree with a few of my homies that have mentioned he over does the hook with the “ever, ever, ever” line. If the album is on this notch of work I think it will be a quality listen. The 2nd album is entitled “Late Registration” (oh what a clever guy!) drops in the early summer.

Anybody remember that movie “Mad Max 2: The Road Warrior“? Neither do I, except for the fact it had Mel Gibson in it. Well anywho, a bunch of people who were recreating a scene from the movie in anticipation for a film marathon were arrested on charges of blocking a highway and carrying illegal knives. They had fake machine guns. When I get hit with a charge for recreating a scene from “Boyz in the Hood” then I will feel their pain. The festival was cancelled after the arrests. Free the Real Road Warriors!!!!!!!!!!!
